Last updated November 2026
This policy explains how We Seal Pavers FL (“we,” “us”), a homeowner referral service operated by The MC System Group, LLC, collects, uses and shares information submitted through wesealpaversfl.com.
Who we are
We Seal Pavers FL is operated by The MC System Group, LLC and connects homeowners with independent local paver sealing pros. The pro you're matched with gives your estimate, sets the price and does the work.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us through a form on this site or by contacting us directly: your name, phone number and (if provided) email, property address, details about the paver surfaces and finish you're asking about, and whether you consented to SMS messages. We don't collect payment information.
How we use it
- To review your request and connect you with an independent local paver sealing contractor who serves your area
- To follow up about your request, including by SMS if you consented
- To keep records needed for accounting, quality and legal purposes
How we share it
When you submit a request, you authorize us to share your name, contact details, property address and request details with an independent paver sealing contractor who serves your area so they can contact you and provide an estimate. That contractor uses your information under its own policies. We may be paid by the contractor when we share your request with them. We also share information with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, form processing and communication tools) only as needed, or where required by law.
SMS messaging
- If you check the optional SMS box, you agree to receive text messages from We Seal Pavers FL (operated by The MC System Group, LLC) about your estimate request.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or ask to be removed from other contact. Email themcsystemsupport@gmail.com.
